Key Tasks and Deliverables:

Expert required to exploit functionality of Project Online, providing configuration, change and reporting management. Training and guidance as required and working across the ISS enterprise to develop integrated reporting to support decision making at all levels of the organisation.

Working with Civilian, Military and contractors within ISS and JFC teams to support the continued development of reporting and enterprise functionality using Project Online across ISS. The exploitation of Project Online to support the development and on-going management of schedules at Programme and Project level. Configuration of Project Online, development of reporting functionality and servicing evolving reporting requirements. Development of enterprise wide Project Online functionality. Implementing Project Online change across ISS. Supporting Resource Management and reporting using Project Online, development of ISS Time Recording, dependency management development and the provision of Management Information whether directly or through standard tools such as PowerBI or Excel.

All tasking will take place from MoD Corsham the contract allows for 150 days spread over 12 months to be agreed. Day visits may be required to MOD Abbey Wood and other MOD sites. Overnight visits will only be permitted if permission is sought in advance. This individual will report to the Portfolio Delivery Team

Experience Required:

ESSENTIAL

Demonstrate expert knowledge and recent experience of the ability to configure Project Online –

Demonstrate expert knowledge and recent experience of Project Online and scheduling assurance and support

Demonstrate expert knowledge and recent experience of the development of reporting functionality and ability to service evolving reporting requirements using Project Online and other tools like excel/PowerBI

Demonstrate expert knowledge and recent experience of integration of Project Online reporting into other reporting toolsets

Demonstrate expert knowledge and recent experience of the development of enterprise wide Project Online functionality

Demonstrate recent experience of the development of automated assurance and maturity measures in Project Online

Demonstrate the recent experience of the development of automated change management controls in Project Online

Demonstrate recent experience of the development of guidance/standards/work instructions/training to support scheduling and reporting using Project Online

Demonstrate recent experience of the support/development of tools for improving data quality/usage and completion within Project Online

Demonstrate recent experience of providing knowledge transfer, training and support to other teams as required

Demonstrate recent experience of quality assurance of Project Online outputs including schedules and reporting in preparation for governance meetings

Demonstrate recent expert experience of implementing Project Online change across organisations
