Following a recent asset data quality surge it has come to light that across SE Region and PFI there are number of areas of gapped data. The current estimate is over 400 assets with data gaps. A Data Officer is required to identify and fill all of these data gaps so that SE & PFI can confirm data quality is at 100%. The role will include practical hands on activities such as measuring buildings and travelling around the estate, and also have an analytical element, supporting data correction activities for trend analysis. The ideal candidate would have a technical or surveying background to enable them to make judgements on sites (ie. Roofing type, build type, date of build) and seek the right information to support data completeness.
