Key Tasks and Deliverables:

Migration from IBM domino in May/ June /July – onto Exchange

Will be covering :Process/ procedure maps/ writing scripts

Supporting the migration once the new users are on line

Must be an Exchange Guru for this role

Configure and implement O365 services – Exchange

Provide real time monitoring of O365 services – Exchange, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Teams

Define, develop, and implement a repository of approved ‘standard’ PowerShell scripts for use in performing routine O365 administration and support tasks

Liaise with other operations teams and the wider technical community in order to diagnose and fix service affecting issues, including root cause analysis

Provide support for e-discovery services and associated processes (e.g. DSAR and FOI requests)

Resolve Azure AD Connect sync issues and to upgrade Azure AD Connect as required

Keep abreast of O365 developments and ensure the SLC is ready to roll out changes to O365 services – Exchange,Outlook, Azure Active Directory

Experience Required:

Solid background and proficiency in MS Outlook/Exchange and associated technologies.

Excellent knowledge and proven track record of MS Outlook/Exchange administration, Azure Active Directory and Azure AD Connect administration.

Current skills and experience of MS Outlook/Exchange 2013/2016.

Excellent knowledge and proficiency of PowerShell scripting.

Good understanding of release management, configuration management, and change management processes and procedures.

Sound experience and knowledge of networking and virtualisation technologies.

Experience of Binary Tree CMT – Notes Migrator, Notes Integrator.

Experience of Binary Tree Directory Sync Pro.

Experience of operating in a Domino/Exchange Coexistence environment.

Experience of SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, and Microsoft Teams administration.

Experience of PowerApps.

Experience of SCCM.
